Who We Serve

Faith in Action for Monroe County provides no cost services to frail/elderly persons
based on the availability of volunteers in your area at the time you need help.

To receive services you must:

Be 60 years of age or older Be a resident of Monroe County, Michigan Be of low income Unable to afford to pay for services from other county service providers Allow us to ask questions to see if you are eligible for services Sign an “Authorization for Services” form Provide us with an emergency contact
